Account deletion
You can delete your MyEmerg account at any time using the ‘Delete my Account’ feature in the app, located in Settings. When you delete your MyEmerg account, all undelivered messages and any other information about you that is no longer necessary for us to operate and provide our services will be removed from our servers. Deleting your account will remove your account information, profile photo, and entire MyEmerg message history. Please note that if you only delete the MyEmerg application from your device without using the ‘Delete my Account’ feature in our app, it may take up to 90 days from the start of the deletion process for your MyEmerg information to be completely removed. In some cases, copies of your information may remain in backup storage beyond 90 days, for example, to comply with legal obligations.
